Some friendships feel like they were written by God long before we ever knew they were coming. Miranda is that kind of friendship for me. She is a sister in every sense of the word, someone I can laugh with, pray with, lean on, and celebrate life with. I’m forever grateful for the way God intertwined our lives all those years ago when we spent our days taking care of littles and teaching together while I was her TA. What started in those little moments grew into a friendship and sisterhood that I treasure so deeply. I feel so blessed to have her standing beside me as my Matron of Honor for one of the biggest and most beautiful moments of my life.

Ashley and I met at the same retreat where I met Chris, and I guess you could say I really hit the jackpot that weekend! We instantly clicked and became inseparable. She is endlessly silly, has a vocabulary that I’m still trying to understand, and brings so much joy and laughter into our lives. I’m so grateful our friendship turned into sisterhood and that I get to have her beside me as I marry her favorite (& only) little brother!

Chelsea and I met during Fiesta early on in Chris and I’s relationship, which feels especially fitting since Fiesta is one of our favorite San Antonio traditions. From the beginning, she welcomed me with so much love and kindness and quickly became someone so special to me. She has a way of making me laugh harder than anyone else, while also being one of the sweetest, most caring, and protective people I know. I’m so grateful that loving Chris also gave me the gift of a cousin who feels like a sister, and I’m so happy to have her by my side on our wedding day.

Chloe came into my life during that same retreat weekend and quickly became the little sister I didn’t know my heart needed. She is one of the silliest, sweetest, and most joyful people I know, truly sunshine in human form. She has a way of making every moment more fun and filling every room with so much happiness. I’m so lucky that what started as a friendship became a sisterhood, and I can’t imagine my wedding day without my “soul-sister” by my side!

One random day at the gym, I walked up to Stephanie and asked her if she wanted to go shopping with me and a few other girls. And honestly, thank goodness I did! That simple ask turned into one of my favorite friendships, filled with movie dates, HomeGoods runs, endless laughs, and countless sweet moments that I’ll always cherish. Stephanie has become such a beautiful part of my life, and I’m forever grateful that Region 3 randomly crossed our paths. I can’t imagine my wedding day without my honey by my side!
